CURRENT MONTHLY FUNDRAISERS
Below are ways you can earn money for your individual account by selling or purchasing items.
You must submit the current monthly Turn-In sheet, along with your check payable to PIMB (no 3rd party checks please- have others write a check to you and you write one check to cover all orders), and all completed orders forms by the monthly Turn-In date to ensure your fundraisers are correctly accounted for and so that orders can be placed in a timely manner. If you can’t physically make it to the monthly Turn-Ins, you can have your child place it in the booster mailbox by the Band Room, or you can send it to: PIMB, PO Box 146, Fairless Hills, PA 19030
The Chick-fil-A 2018 Calendar makes a great gift for the new year, plus it includes a coupon card to get monthly freebies all year long! Turn-in orders and pick up at the December 4th turn-in. Calendars are $10; earn $5 into your account for each calendar sold! Due to the limited amount we have, there is a limit of 5 calendars and they will be distributed first-come, first-served. 2018 CFA Calendar Fundraiser order sheet
Styer’s Pies will be distributed on Tuesday, Nov 21 from 6-8pm in the PHS-East Cafeteria… just in time for Thanksgiving!
These Wawa Shorti coupons are convenient and economical for a quick lunch/dinner option, and also make nice stocking stuffers and appreciation gifts for the holidays! Turn-ins and Distribution will be monthly throughout the year. Order a minimum of 10 Wawa Shorti 6″ hoagie coupons at $3.75 each (they normally cost $4.39). Each coupon sold will put $.75 into your child’s account. Click here for the Wawa Shorti coupon order form
Purchase popular gift cards at face value and the rebate amount goes into your child’s account! Use these gift cards like money to do your regular weekly shopping (Giant, ShopRite, Target, Walmart…), dining out (Panera Bread, Buffalo Wild Wings, Red Robin, TGI Fridays…), and they are perfect for gift giving or gift shopping (Bath & Body Works, Best Buy, Amazon, Game Stop, Kohl’s, Dick’s, Toys R Us, Bed Bath & Beyond…). Register online and use enrollment code D82L95AE26752, then place your order online (please note that only physical cards can be purchased), print out your order receipt, then bring order receipt + payment to the next booster Turn-In (please note that there is a $1 shipping charge that will be deducted from your total rebate amount). Scrip gift cards should be available for pickup from the Scrip coordinator the week after Turn-Ins.
UPCOMING RESTAURANT FUNDRAISERS
This is a tasty way for the public to support the PIMB’s General Fund, so spread the word!
Buy a LARGE PIZZA at Fat Tony’s (433 Alden Ave at West Trenton Ave, next to 7-11 and Comfort Food) and $2 will be donated to your account- make sure you sign your child’s name in the book at the register on the Pennsbury Marching Band Booster page so you can get credit! Your account will be credited by the Treasurer so no need to enter info on the Turn-In sheet.
